Base price for all 1065 filings is $1,299 per year and includes Federal returns, Oregon returns and some schedules. This pricing assumes our office will complete the 1040 filings of at least one owner/member/partner. Complete return packages run on average $1,299 to $2,999 including all state and local forms.

Our office does not prepare 1065 or 1120/1120-S Returns unless at least one of the partners/shareholders/members files their 1040 return with our office.

Extension calculations, a large number of source documents, new entities, turning in documents over several months in multiple file formats, a large amount of texting/email correspondence, frequent phone calls and consultations all add to a standard annual invoice. All base price quotes assume project will begin and be completed within 30 days.
