Base price for all 1120 filings is $1,299 per year and includes Oregon returns and some schedules. This pricing assumes our office will complete the 1040 filings of at least one owner/shareholder. Complete return packages run on average $1,299 to $1,999 including all state and local forms.

Extension calculations, a large number of source documents, new entities, turning in documents over several months in multiple file formats, a large amount of texting/email correspondence, frequent phone calls and consultations all generally add a few hundred dollars to a standard annual invoice.
